Duties & Responsibilities Ensuring guest satisfaction Responding efficiently to customer questions and complaints Welcoming customers into the facility upon entrance Processing customer orders and payments Relaying customers' orders with the kitchen staff Processing customer payments Answering restaurant phone calls Ensuring all orders are delivered to the customers accurately and in a timely manner Bagging food orders Responding to customer inquiries, issue receipts and record customer feedback Desirable Skills Critical thinking, able to work well in fast paced environment Proven time-management skills Strong leadership, motivational and people skills Great interpersonal and communication skills Experience in a Fast Paced environment Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays Hiring Locations:
