We are looking for a Project Superintendent to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Onsite:
oversee, supervise and schedule subcontractors Review of blueprints, proposals, contracts and invoices Manage safety, subcontractors, and schedules Travel - willing to be on projects that could run from 1 week to 120 days.
Employee will be able to come home several times during an extended project at the company's expense.
Requirements:
A minimum of 10 years' experience with Commercial construction, Site work, and Restaurant experience is a plus Travel Center/ Retail/ Restaurant construction experience preferred Excellent communication and people skillsdealing with subs, employees and clients MS Project - added plus is they have this knowledge Buildertrend / Procore - added plus is they have this knowledge MS Word and Excel knowledge Work from home between projects Travel a must - projects vary from 1 week up to 210 days
