Check all information against time sheets and other pertinent information received from buildings and departments.
Check the time cards and time sheets for absenteeism not reported by employees.

)Maintain up to date lists of hourly and daily employees for payroll entries.
13.
)Check personnel records for sick days, personal days, and vacation days before docking any employee's pay.
14.
)Input all information for each employee for bi-weekly payrolls.
Proof all entries before calculating payroll.
15.
)Assist in the payroll deductions for all misc and annuity deduction changes.
16.
)Enter all new employee information in the computer payroll file to be sure that they are shown on the payroll worksheet.
17.
)Calculate contractual employee wages, sick days, and personal days for employee that hires in after the start of the school year.
18.
)Finalize payroll.
Process checks.
Process ACH (direct deposit) with bank.
Submit payroll information to Doculivery.

)Print necessary payroll reports for treasurer, school board, Title 1, ELL, and Head Start.

)Maintain worksheets in order to complete the necessary quarterly reports for the Federal & State taxes.
21.
)Preparation of Form 941 - Federal & Social Security Tax report for each calendar year quarter.
22.
)Preparation and reporting of Public Employees' Retirement Fund each payroll.
23.
)Preparation and reporting of Indiana State's Teacher Retirement Fund each payroll.
24.
)Perform such duties assigned by the Business Manager, Superintendent, and Treasurer.
25.
)Exercise good judgement in handling confidential information and correspondence.
26.
)Exhibit iniative, creativity and good judgement in making decisions and reflect a positive attitude and work ethic in representin the LRS.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
