Our Fixed Base Operation (FBO) is looking to hire to our front desk staff for a customer service position.
This position will work M-F, with possible weekends as needed, 5:
00 am - 1:
00pm, and will report to the Director of Fixed Base Operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Answer all phone calls in a timely and professional manner Provide customers with professional service and assistance Make hotel, car rental, and catering reservations for inbound and outbound aircraft Process customer purchases and fuel transactions Work closely with line service personnel and pilots, ensuring all customer service needs are met Job Requirements Customer Service/Hospitality experience Computer proficient High school diploma or GED certificate Be at least 18 years of age A valid state driver's license Benefits Package Gary Jet Center, Inc.
