Nurse Practitioner - Statewide Travel
Seeking Nurse Practitioners with 1
years of experience located in Gary, IN to conduct In-Home Health Risk Assessments across the State of Indiana.
This position requires statewide travel, with a daily per diem to be used for hotel stays & meals What's in it for you? Flexibility:
Operate on your terms.
Set your own hours, 7 days a week between 8am-8pm.
The role is based on a 1099 Independent Contractor arrangement.
Compensation:
Earn $120 for each completed 1-hour in-home Health Risk Assessment.
Plus, enjoy a $300 daily stipend every workday and a $25 No-show payment.
Commitment:
Four consecutive days per week - Must be 8-hour days Location:
We have extensive patient volume across the state of Indiana.
Contractors must be able to travel the entire state.
About the Role :
In this position, you'll be conducting comprehensive Health Risk Assessments for Medicare Advantage patients across the state of Indiana.
Each visit provides an in-depth understanding of a patient's health and well-being that might be missed during regular office visits.
From reviewing their medical history to understanding their social environment, your insights will enhance care quality, bridging multiple care gaps in one visit.
Our Ideal Candidate :
Board-certified Nurse Practitioner licensed in Indiana.
At least 1 year of NP experience.
